Phoenix Rescue Mission Secures NMTC Loan

PHOENIX, Ariz. (January 23, 2015) -- The Phoenix Community Development and Investment Corporation (PCDIC) and Mutual of Omaha Bank recently closed a New Market Tax Credit loan with the Phoenix Rescue Mission.

The Phoenix Rescue Mission (“Mission”) was founded in 1952 in downtown Phoenix where an evening meal, Chapel service, and clothing were provided to the poor and homeless, serving between 35 and 50 clients each day.

Revitalization of Downtown Historic Monroe Building Moves Forward

PHOENIX, Ariz. (October 27, 2014) -- The Phoenix Community Development and Investment Corporation (PCDIC) confirms forward momentum on the $41 Million (MM) revitalization of a beloved downtown landmark – the historic Monroe building. CSM Corporation recently closed on New Markets Tax Credit financing (NMTC), obtained its initial permit, and plans to begin construction January 2015 on the Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Downtown.
